For ages 4-14, let's make some delicious birthday ice cream... using science! What you'll need for the Ice Cream: 2 Plastic bags (quart or gallon size) Milk (whole, almond, coconut, oat, soy) 6 cups ice 1 cup Rock salt (or table salt in a pinch) Flavoring: Vanilla, cocoa powder, jam, syrup, etc Mix ins: Cookies, sprinkles, pretzels, nuts, etc Recommended: towel or oven mitts
